A Client of mine asked me to make a birthday cake for her husband, who is a financial planner. So, I made a little Wall Street Journal to put on the top of his cake. The only other thing she told me this cake had to be was chocolate,
chocolate, chocolate! Chocolate brown fondant looks really great, I think. Birthdays don't have to be all about balloons and candles. It can be anything you think of.
