Cake Decorating Classes

I have been teaching a 3 part cake decorating class at Orson Gygi the past couple of years. We have had a lot of fun! We go over making fondant, frosting and covering a cake and some fun basic decorating details for the outside. Jungle Fever!

Watch out Cupcake Wars! JUST KIDDING! I taught a kids summer class at Gygi this week and this was our end result! We had a really great time. And these were super easy!
