I have been teaching a 3 part cake decorating class at Orson Gygi the past couple of years. We have had a lot of fun! We go over making fondant, frosting and covering a cake and some fun basic decorating details for the outside. Please visit http://www.gygi.com/ for a complete schedule and to sign up for the classes. I am teaching a topsy turvy cake class there as well. We will be making a fun, whimsical cake.
If you are interested in a private class, I do offer those as well. We go over many of the same things as the class at Gygi, but we do it in one session.
